       A: Parking is available for both buildings in a parking garage @ $110 plus tax per month; for 77 Prospect Street only, there is covered carport parking available @ $125 plus tax per month and outdoor uncovered parking @ $85 plus tax per month.

  Q: Do the apartments have washers and dryers?
       A:  Most apartments have combination washer/dryer units, and some apartments have stacked washers and dryers. Ther is also a Clothing Care Center in the building that features a call ahead system to check washer and dryer availability.

  Q: Does the kitchen have a microwave oven?
       A: All kitchens have a microwave.

  Q: Do the apartments have air conditioning?
 

     A:

 Some apartments have central air conditioning, some have built in wall units in each room and some have sleeve units in each room.

       A: Yes, there is service through Cablevision. For high-speed internet access, a resident may use Optimum through Cablevision or DSL through SNET. We are also WiFi ready through Spot-On Communications.

  Q: Are the apartments carpeted?
       A: Some apartments have ceramic tile and carpet, and some have parquet floors.

  Q: How far is the train station:
       A: The Stamford Transportation Center is 1/2 mile from the Townhouse.

       A: Most apartments have a balcony; some have decks.

       A: Short term leases are available on select units.

       A: Both Townhouse buildings have storage available for a small monthly fee.

  Q: Is there a pool?
       A: No.

  Q: Is there a fitness center?
       A: There is a fitness center in both Townhouse buildings available for residents only, at no additional cost.

  Q: Are pets allowed?
       A: We do not allow dogs; cats are welcome.

  Q: What happens if a repair is needed in my apartment after I move in?
       A:   24-hour, 7 day per week service is available for emergencies and Monday through Friday on weekdays for routine repairs and requests.
     
  Q: Is there an application fee?
       A: Yes. $50.00 per adult.
 
       A: 1- A favorable credit history.
2- A credit report will be run on all adults to reside in the apartment.
3- A favorable landlord reference.
4- Evidence of income.
5- Rent should not exceed approximately 32% of total household income.
6- One or two month's security deposit are required upon lease signing in the form of a certified bank check or money order.
7- All leases commence on the 1st of a month and terminate on the last day of a month.
8- Move-ins prior to the 1st and after the 1st of any month will be pro-rated.
   
  Q: How much security deposit is required?
       A: We require the equivalent of one or two month's rent depending on credit standing and other criteria. The security deposit must be delivered in the form of a certified bank check, money order, debit, or credit card, and must be paid in full prior to taking occupancy.
 
  Q: Do you accept personal checks?
       A: Prior to taking occupancy, we ask for your cooperation by paying the security deposit and first month's rent in the form of a certified bank check, money order, debit, or credit card. From that point, we accept personal checks for monthly rent payments.
   
  Q: How can I apply for an apartment?
       A: Please call us at (203) 325-3848 and ask to speak with one of our leasing consultants who will be looking forward to assisting you.
   
  Q: What days and times may I view an apartment?
       A: Our leasing office is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 7pm; Fridays from 9am to 5pm; and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm. It is not necessary to have an appointment during weekdays; you may stop by at your convenience. Our leasing center is located at 112 Hoyt Street, Stamford, CT.
