| A: | We require the equivalent of one or two month's rent depending on credit standing and other criteria. The security deposit must be delivered in the form of a certified bank check, money order, debit, or credit card, and must be paid in full prior to taking occupancy. | |
| Q: Do you accept personal checks? | ||
| A: | Prior to taking occupancy, we ask for your cooperation by paying the security deposit and first month's rent in the form of a certified bank check, money order, debit, or credit card. From that point, we accept personal checks for monthly rent payments. | |

| Q: What days and times may I view an apartment? | ||
| A: | Our leasing office is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 7pm; Fridays from 9am to 5pm; and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm. It is not necessary to have an appointment during weekdays; you may stop by at your convenience. Our leasing center is located at 112 Hoyt Street, Stamford, CT. | |
