3rd Annual Blues, Views and BBQ Festival in Westport

The 3rd Annual Blues, Views, & BBQ Festival takes place in Westport, Connecticut on September 24- 26, 2010. Located on the beautiful banks of the Saugatuck River, this 3 day event will feature live bands, street performers, cooking demonstrations, BBQ/Music education classes, inflatable fun for kids, and of course some of the best BBQ you may have ever tasted.

Blues Traveler will be kicking off the festival with a concert on Friday Night at the Levitt Pavilion. Tickets for the festival range in price from $10 for one day ($45 for Blues Traveler) to $60 for a 3 day pass which includes the Blues Traveler concert on Friday.

Money Magazine just came out with a list of the best places to live in the United States and Connecticut had 5 cities listed in the top 100. West Hartford, Bristol, Stamford, Hamden, and Norwalk were all named to the list.

Stamford Named One of the Ten Most Livable Cities by Forbes

Stamford, Connecticut was recently named one of the ten most livable cities in America by Forbes.com. The Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk metropolitan area actually tied Lincoln, Nebraska as 9th most livable city.
